Ordio

For furniture workshops

One place for the whole furniture order

From the first measurement on site to the quote you hand the client. Ordio keeps the client details, the photos with dimensions on them, the wardrobe calculation and the documents together, instead of across a notebook, a phone gallery and three chats.

iPhone and any browser. Built for workshop owners, designers, the people who take the measurements, and the fitters.

What Ordio does

Everything below is in the app today. What is still being built is listed further down, separately.

Orders and clients

Contacts, address, deadlines and status in one card — from new order through measurement, production and delivery to completed. Specification lines, services and prepayment add up on their own.

Measurements on photos

Photograph the room, then draw arrows and dimension lines and type the values in. Come back to the markup later and change it; the original photo and the earlier versions are kept.

Wardrobe calculator

Set the width, height and depth, split it into sections, add shelves, drawers, a rod and facades. You get a dimensioned 2D drawing and a 3D preview of the same piece.

Parts and cutting layouts

The calculation produces the parts list with finished and cut sizes, and a cutting layout that keeps each material and thickness on its own sheets. Viewed inside the app.

PDF quotes

A client-ready quote with the cost breakdown, a drawing of the piece and your company details — generated from the calculation, ready to send.

Files and documents

Photos, drawings, invoices and order documents, each in its own category. Contracts and acceptance certificates are generated from the order data.

Comments and notifications

A thread per order, so a question about a cabinet stays next to that cabinet. Links colleagues send are opened with a tap, and notifications tell you when something has changed.

Roles and access

Owner and manager roles within an organization. What an employee can see and change is set by the permissions you give them.

Six currencies

Roubles, dollars, euros, Turkish lira, tenge and Belarusian roubles. The organization picks one; amounts are kept in it and never converted.

On site, without a connection

A flat with no signal is the normal case, not the exception.

Orders, specification lines, measurements with their photos, comments and the shopping list can be created and edited with no connection at all. They are written to the device immediately and sent on their own once a connection appears — nothing waits for you to press anything.

Orders, photos and documents that were synced earlier stay readable offline, and you can download the ones you will need before you leave.

What that does not mean: not every part of the app works without a connection. Which data is available offline depends on what had been downloaded beforehand, and the first sign-in needs a connection.

Being straight about it

Two lists, because a tool for your work should not be sold on things it cannot do.

What Ordio does not do

  • It does not measure distances from a photograph. The arrows and the numbers are drawn and typed by a person. There is no automatic measurement.
  • The cutting layout is viewed in the app. There is no export of the layout to a file.
  • Documents are signed on the server, which means signing needs a connection. Everything else in an order does not.

Planned, and not in the app yet

  • Importing projects from BAZIS.
  • A general-purpose 3D viewer for models made elsewhere.
  • Exploded views and interactive assembly diagrams.

The 3D preview in the wardrobe calculator is a separate thing that exists today — it shows what the calculator itself has built.
